Diagnostics with the machine, at your car
A light on the dash tells you something is wrong. It does not tell you what. We bring the diagnostic machine to the car, read the fault codes and work out what is behind them.
A code is where the job starts. One customer's car would not turn over and nothing showed underneath. The cause turned out to be a wire bitten clean through by a rat, found by checking the loom properly once the obvious answers ran out.
When we find the fault we explain it in plain terms and price the repair. If it is a part we can change on site, we often can. Where we repair it, we clear the codes afterwards and make sure the fault stays away.

We come to you. The machine and the tools travel with us, so the car can be diagnosed on your drive, at work or at the roadside.
Will you fix it as well?
If it is something that can be put right on site, yes, and we will price it before starting. If it needs a workshop, we can transport it there for you.
