Flat battery? We will get you started
Lights left on, a cold night, or a battery that has finally had enough. We come to wherever the car is and get it running again.
We use a proper jump pack and connect it the right way for modern cars, which protects the electronics that a pair of old leads and a neighbour's car can damage.
Once it is running we check whether the battery is holding charge and whether the alternator is doing its job. If the car is not going to start again tomorrow morning, you will hear that from us now and not find out on the school run.

What if a jump start does not work?
Then the fault is something else, and we can look into it on the spot with the diagnostic machine or load the car onto the trailer and take it where it needs to go.

We check the battery and charging once the engine is running, so you leave knowing whether it was a one-off or the battery is on its way out.
